Shipping Policy

When you purchase books from Heather Renee Online Store, your purchases will be delivered through one of the following methods:

PRE-ORDERS

Any books not available for immediate release will be noted as "PRE-ORDER" in the product title and description. The description will also include the expected release date. Pre-ordered products will be charged in full upon purchase, but they will not deliver or ship until the release date. 

*Please Note: We strongly recommend that you purchase any Pre-order books as separate transactions. Print books on preorder will not be printed or shipped until their release date. If there are other print books in the same order, the entire order will be held until the preorder book is ready to be processed. 

EBOOKS

Upon purchase, our ebook distribution partner, BookFunnel, will email you a web link providing immediate online access to your Ebook. The online page at BookFunnel also offers instructions on how to download your Ebook or deliver the file to your Kindle, iPhone, Android, Nook or Kobo. If you do not see your download email, please check your spam box, or if using Gmail, check your Promotions tab.

PHYSICAL BOOKS / PRODUCTS 

All items will be shipped from Oregon, USA, within 3 business days via USPS and will take 5-7 business days to arrive to destinations within the USA. International packages can take 3- 4+ weeks, but typically average around 3 weeks.
