Refund Policy
We have a 5-day return window, which means you have 5 days after delivery to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them: unused/unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Who pays for return shipping?
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs for orders no longer needed. If you are returning because of damages and we have offered you an exchange, but you've denied the exchange, return shipping is still buyer responsibility.
If your items is damaged, defective, or wrong item received: We cover the return shipping (see “Damaged Products” below) for exchanges.
Please note: any items sent back without first requesting a return won’t be accepted and monies won't be refunded.
Damaged Products
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us within 5 days of delivery if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right. When we’re at fault, we’ll provide a prepaid return label or otherwise resolve the issue.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
- Ebooks: Due to their digital nature, ebooks are non-returnable and non-refundable. For file help, contact help@bookfunnel.com.
- Sale/clearance items (including damaged or close-out books): Non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Gift cards: Not returnable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item (once approved) and place a new order for the replacement. If you want to wait for your returned book (sent back to Heather Renee Books at your cost), then we will ship out the requested exchange once the previous has been inspected.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order ships into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging and proof of purchase. Unless the item is defective or we made an error, the buyer is responsible for return shipping under this right.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
